At BPURB, we value every customer. We aim to deliver our products to you as quickly as possible. You can typically expect to receive your purchased items within 1-9 business days from the date your order payment is confirmed.

Payment Confirmation

After submitting your order, you have 1 hour to complete the payment.

Cancellation and Refund

You can choose to cancel your order within 6 hours of completing the payment. If you do, you'll typically receive your refund within 3 business days. If the order is not canceled within 6 hours, it will enter the packing and fulfillment process.

Once the order enters the fulfillment stage, we may have already shipped the items, though tracking information might take some time to sync. If you need to cancel at this point, please contact customer service immediately.

Order Fulfillment

Fulfilling your order and handing it over to the courier generally takes 0-3 business days. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping Transit

After your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a list of your ordered products and the package tracking number. If you don't receive it, please check your email's spam or junk folder.

Shipping Delays

The total delivery time might be severely delayed due to an incorrect shipping address, logistics sorting errors, or other uncontrollable events. In such cases, we will promptly handle the delivery delay, so there is no need to worry.

 

If your package has not been delivered after more than 15 days in transit, please contact us by replying to the email containing your order product list and tracking number. We will provide a timely solution, which may include reshipping the items or issuing a direct refund.
