1. Is the product shipping cost borne by the seller?

According to our business plan, we currently offer free shipping for all products available in the store, with BPURB covering the logistics costs.

Regarding return shipping fees, if the return or exchange is due to reasons not caused by the consumer (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product), BPURB will cover the logistics costs. However, if the return is due to reasons on the consumer’s side, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

2. Can you ship to all areas of the United States?

Based on logistics and warehouse scheduling plans, we can deliver to all areas within the continental United States. If your shipping address is listed as an available option during checkout, you can place your order with confidence.

 

3. Does the online store serve regions outside the United States of America?

BPURB is a global brand with registered trademarks in the United States, Europe, and other regions. However, us.bpurb.com primarily serves North American consumers. We do not recommend users outside the United States place orders through BPURB's U.S. site unless your shipping address is within the United States. Consumers in other regions outside the United States are kindly asked to await the launch of BPURB's local regional sites.
