bpurb is committed to maintaining fair and honest market principles for all our customers. To prevent any misunderstanding, bpurb provides the following explanation of the prices displayed on this site.
Price Definitions
MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price): This is the price recommended by the manufacturer or is the suggested retail price set by our vendors. Our Selling Price reflects the item's current actual selling price in the marketplace.
Selling Price (Regular Price): This is the price that all customers can purchase the item for immediately, without any additional requirements or conditions. This price is the base price you see before checkout and is the price submitted in the Google Merchant Center [price] field.
Final Price (Net Price): This is the actual amount you pay after any applicable coupons, promotional codes, or special discounts are applied at checkout. Final Price = Selling Price - Discounts + Shipping Fee + Taxes.
Price Display, Taxes & Duties
On the product details page, you will see both the MSRP (strikethrough price) and the Selling Price at the same time.
On the shopping cart page, the current Selling Price is displayed. MSRP is not included in the order calculation.
On the order checkout page, the current Selling Price, Shipping Fee, applicable Taxes (if any), and the calculated Final Price are displayed. MSRP is typically not shown on this page.
Regarding Taxes and Duties: On the checkout page, if the total payment amount includes taxes or duties that the consumer is responsible for, the name and amount of the tax fee will be explicitly listed.
Price Adjustments
We reserve the right to change the Selling Price at any time due to logistics costs and market conditions. The price currently displayed is the active Selling Price.
We apologize that we cannot provide individual notices or public announcements regarding price changes and adjustments. The Final Price executed at the time of purchase will be binding. If you do not agree with this term, please do not proceed with the purchase.
Typographical Errors Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, the website may occasionally contain typographical pricing errors due to system or human fault.
bpurb reserves the right to cancel any orders containing obvious pricing errors, even if the order has been confirmed and paid. Should an order be cancelled for this reason, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid.
Exchanges and Refunds Following Price Changes
If a user requests a return and refund due to a product quality issue, the refund amount will be based on the Final Price paid.
If a user requests an exchange for reasons other than product quality or defect, the new product will typically be executed at the latest retail price at the time of the exchange. If the new retail price is higher than the original purchase price, the user will generally need to pay the difference. We recommend consulting our customer service team to see if the original purchase price can be honored, but we cannot guarantee the success of the request.
Price Protection Policy
Our online store does not offer a price protection service. All purchases are bound by the price executed on the day of purchase. We will not accept returns or compensation claims based on subsequent product price adjustments. By completing your checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this term.
