1. How long will it take to ship?

We usually dispatch orders within 3 business days. After that, your parcel is handed over to the carrier. In rare cases, there may be a slight delay.

2. Will my order be sent domestically or from overseas?

Most of our items are held in local stock and we always try to ship from there first. If local inventory runs out, we may ship from our overseas warehouse instead. Because we sell across several platforms, we cannot guarantee that your order will be supplied solely from local stock. If you do not want your parcel to come from overseas, you can request a full refund before it is dispatched.

3. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
